A recently completed renovation to an up market house located on the side of a Hill over looking Cairns far north Queensland, gave the owners Janet and Graeme Koch from KIB Financial Planning full use of the viewing area to the rear of the property. The job involved installation of tiled deck area, installation of new balustrades and fences, repair and painting of roof tiles, rendering existing brick walls and a repaint to freshen up the property. The job was made even more difficult due to the fact that the side of the hill required scaffold to give access to the work area.
